Refund and Returns Policy for Jovasart.com

At Jovasart.com, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the guidelines for returns, refunds, and cancellations. Please review them carefully.


Damages and Issues

To ensure you have peace of mind when ordering art online, I offer to replace the artwork immediately in the rare case your art is defective, damaged in transit, or if you receive the wrong item.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item has arrived damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package so that I can promptly arrange a replacement.

You will need to provide us with photos of:

  • The external box
  • The shipping label on the box
  • The damage to the artwork/frame

 

If a replacement is not available, a credit will be applied to your store account or you will be provided a gift card of equal value.

If a return is required to inspect the item before processing your refund, we will cover the cost of return shipping. In some cases, you may not be required to return the defective product for us to arrange your replacement or refund/store credit.

If contact regarding any damage or defects is made outside of 24 hours of customer receipt of the package, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund.


Cancellations and Exchanges

Due to the made-to-order nature of my art prints, I have a 1-hour cancellation or exchange policy. This means you must contact us within 1 hour of your purchase to make a change to your order or cancel it. After this time, I cannot guarantee I will be able to cancel or exchange your order.


Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at info@jovasart.com.


Change of Mind Returns

After the 1-hour cancellation period, we are unable to accept cancellations or returns for “change of mind” reasons.

All of my fine art prints are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or change of mind requests as we do not hold stock.

Additionally, many of my art pieces are sent directly from a framer or fine art printer. Please do not send your purchase back to the fine art printer, framer, or manufacturer listed on your shipping label, as we cannot guarantee your purchase will be received properly. Doing so may result in the loss of your purchase.

Due to the high value and unique nature of original paintings, all sales of original paintings are final, and no returns will be accepted on these items.


Sale Items and Gift Cards

We cannot accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.
